This recognition means a great deal to me. It reflects not just my own journey, but the collective commitment I bring to every engagement: helping organisations navigate the complex intersection of law, compliance, and digital transformation.
Through Quandel | Interim Management, I work with ambitious businesses—from innovative startups to established enterprises—as a fractional General Counsel, Interim Compliance Officer, and Digital Legal Counsel. My focus is pragmatic and commercial: making regulatory complexity manageable, building robust compliance frameworks, and optimising legal operations in highly regulated sectors.
Over the past two decades, I’ve been fortunate to work across corporate law, IT, telecommunications, finance, and FinTech. I’ve held interim and senior leadership roles at global organisations, including Rakuten Symphony, where I led company law, data protection, ISO compliance, and large-scale digitalisation initiatives. These experiences have shaped my belief that strategic legal leadership must be business-aligned, technology-enabled, and future-focused.
